Cumbrian Lakes
Cumbrian Lakes is on the East side of the I-4 towards Kissmmee, where most of the restaurants, shops and local attractions are located. It is located off Poinciana Boulevard, South off the US-192. It is a new gated community and has become a very sought-after location because of its peaceful lakes with jogging and nature trails whilst being extremely close to Disney, US-192 and the shops - a superb combination! Nearby are numerous public Golf Courses, lakes for fishing and areas of natural beauty for spotting wild life. An hours drive east finds Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona/Cocoa beaches, and 45 minutes drive west finds Busch Gardens and Clearwater beach. Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes from Cumbrian Lakes, Orlando Sanford Airport is about an hour drive. Our villa is only 12 mins from Disney and 5 minutes from Walmart and the bustle of the US-192, whilst occupying a tranquil setting, with over 40ft of clear grassland behind.
Theme Parks
This is probably the reason you've chosen Orlando and you won't be disappointed. Spend time before your vacation to plan your visit, buy a good guide book and actually read it! The theme parks can be very exhausting particulary during the hot summer months so do include some "downtime" in your plan, afterall you are on vacation.

Orlando is a shopping and bargain hunters paradise! The range of shopping is endless ranging from flea markets to upscale mall shopping.
