Please note the above prices are for the villa for up to 10 guests and include Florida state taxes (13%). The price does not include pool heating which is an additional 100 pounds per week.

High season is from the middle of June until the the end of August

Low season is November, December ( except Christmas ) & January.

Mid season is any other time.

Booking Conditions

To confirm a booking a deposit of 15% of the full rental cost for the period must be enclosed with the completed and signed booking form. You must check the confirmation and final invoice carefully and raise any queries immediately.

The balance of the rental fee is due at least 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period. We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if we do not receive the balance by the due date. In the event of a cheque not being honoured we will make a charge of 10 pounds to cover our costs.

10 weeks prior - deposit only

2-8 weeks prior- 50% of full rental cost

with 2 weeks of departure 100% of rental cost.
